If you are like me, you have kids in sports. And, if you are like me you own a truck and all the sports equipment goes in the back of the truck. AND… if you are like me, you expect your kids to take the sports equipment out of the truck bed and put it in the garage or house when you get home. AND… AND… if you are like me, you know that sometimes your kids don’t follow through and actually do what they are supposed to.

So… expensive sports gear gets ruined by rain sometimes. Or, kids have to play with wet uniforms, gloves, or gear the next day because they didn’t bring their stuff inside. Yes, kids should heed your instruction. But sometimes, life just gets in the way and heck… they are kids after all. Sometimes they forget.

I have owned trucks (almost) all my life. I always wanted a truck bed cover to help eliminate the worries of things in the bed of my truck getting wet or stolen. So, last year, when I went to visit my wife’s family for Christmas, I splurged on a really nice one. I asked my wife’s father what the best one to get was because he owned a tire and truck accessory shop and the UnderCover Ultra Flex Hard Folding Truck Bed cover was what he recommended. 

It has been AWESOME. I was nervous about spending $1,000 or so on a truck bed cover when I knew I could get something cheaper. But, this thing has been amazing. Nothing has gotten wet and would-be-thieves would have a REAL HARD TIME getting into it with the tailgate close and truck locked. 

Anyway… just another one of those things that I would recommend. I would highly suggest if you have a pickup truck (which every man should have a pickup truck) this truck bed cover. It’s not cheap, but it’s pretty awesome. It looks great and it works great.
